MP3s, CDs and LPs can be bought online with our virtual shopping cart. Cybershoppers will be automatically redirected to Payex' secure site at the time of payment. The cybershop accepts Payex account, Visa and Mastercard.

Find the item(s) you wish to order and click the "Buy" button. Enter all required information and click the "Proceed" button.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail including the data for the order. Please verify that all is correct, and keep this e-mail for your records. You will receive a confiramtion when the items have been sent.

If you pay with credit card or Payex account and you buy physical items, the purchase price will be reserved when you order. You will not be charged before the items have been sent.

If you wish to use other payment methods, you can send an e-mail to courier@jester-records.com stating the items you want to buy, your address and the payment method you want to use. We will then get back to you with the postage price and payment information.

Norwegian customers can transfer money directly to account number 1201 12 46891.

We take well-concealed cash sent at your own risk, preferably via registered airmail. Please, no coins, so round it up to the nearest Euro/Dollar. Unused Norwegian stamps accepted. Send to:

We do take advance orders or reservations once a release is listed as forthcoming or soon to be issued. Please feel free to contact Jester about pre-ordering or reserving a copy (copies). If you are ordering a forthcoming release and are using a credit card, you understand and authorize us to charge your credit card and then ship the item(s) as soon as it/they become(s) available.

You may have your item(s) that are currently available sent to you immediately, and the pre-ordered item(s) shipped at a later date. However, you will be charged shipping for both shipments. You will need to indicate this option when ordering.

Items are posted within 24 hours and are sent by air-mail, unless otherwise requested, and according to the following rates:

Jester is not responsible in the unlikely event a shipment is lost. If you wish to insure your shipment by registered mail, please contact us. The additional fee will then be NOK 65, unless the order has a value equal to or greater than NOK 1000, in which case the charge will be higher. By submitting your order with Jester Records, you agree we are not responsible for uninsured parcels lost or damaged during transit.

We will exchange items should they fail to meet your standards. We have MP3 samples of all music in our catalogue. If you received an item that you decide you do not like, please contact us about exchanging it. You will need to pay for the postage to return it to us plus the postage for the new item you want. Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receipt of order.

MP3s for sale at this site have been sampled at 192 kbps at constant bit rate.
